First of all, it seems like everyone who works at Dogtopia are people who really enjoy working there and working with dogs, which is clearly important. I also find that Dogtopia is very accommodating from a time perspective. As you may know, I am a registered nurse and my shift begins at 7:00 am and I am so very grateful to Dogtopia to allow me to bring her in at 6:15 am so I can get to work on time and to know that she is safe and cared for. Dogtopia ROCKS!!! and I appreciate all your efforts! Thanks!

Everything about Dogtopia is amazing! From the meet and greet every staff has been wonderful! They make is feel so comfortable leaving our dog Hodor for an hour or 12 hours! The easy drop off and pick up makes our experience so much easier!

Friendliness of employees

All employees are friendly, knowledgeable and caring...The Tanque Verde Location was clean
and well organized..We were surprised how large the play areas are, which gives our dog
enough room to play..The trainers are exceptional! The trainers took the time to pet
every dog and make sure their needs were meet..All our questions were answered with care
for our concerns..The Dog webcam is wonderful, however, we cannot get anything else done
because we are watching our girl all day long!! Thank you for such a great facility...

Convenience, staff, location

Being able to drop off my pup any time of day. The team at Tanque Verde is wonderful! I also love being able to check in on my pup through the cameras just to see what kind of fun they're having. I once got caught up watching the pups chase around bubbles when the bubble making machine was turned on!

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and seem to care about our pets. Also love being able to watch what’s happening to my girl in video cam.

Caring, involved personnel. They always interact with the dogs giving them lots of attention instead of talking among themselves or checking their phones.
