The staff is always so friendly, they greet our dog by name, I like not having to decide which days we are bringing the dog in. And he is so happy to go to Dogtopia!

I appreciate the tentativeness you give each and every dog that comes through your doors. My dog had some behavioral issues and instead of simply telling me "no she cannot come here", you worked with her and me to find a resolution.
