Sarah, the Monday morning 6:15 yoga sculpt instructor is amazing! She’s inspiring, encouraging and authentic! And a ball of energy. Today she gave me a beautifully written card and gift to celebrate my 500 classes at core power! That’s so above and beyond! I was so touched I got choked up!

I really love the teachers here! It would be great if there could be more heavier weights in Studio 1 (6 lbs and up) and if there could be disinfecting wipes because I never see people cleaning the weights with the bottles and rags currently available.

I love the variety of exercises and they are challenging, more than what I could give myself with an at home exercise

Please continue with the daily 8 AM yoga sculpt classes!!! The 9:15 is too too late because then I don’t get my workday started until 11 AM.

All instructions are good and classes are usually done with the heat they should be and good loud music for sculpt.

I love that the Cherry Creek CorePower location has 2 different studios and offers a variety of classes throughout the day. I also appreciate that I'm always greeted with a smiling face upon arrival.

Very much like the instructors, the number of locations near me and Yoga and core weight programs balance each other.
