I love that CorePower is open and accessible to people at all levels, and that I don't feel ashamed or embarrassed about being out of shape post-pandemic, or having gained 20 lbs in the year and a half since I've been able to attend classes.

Returning to the studio felt really nice and natural, and I didn't feel like an un-athletic cow or any of the hateful things that we tell ourselves sometimes when we're feeling down about our bodies or our abilities.

I was a CorePower devotee who dealt with a lot of awful health issues in 2020 (a major injury + C19) that contributed to the weight gain and out-of-shapeness, and it really meant a lot to be able to return to the mat and feel good about it, even if my muscles are aching the next day. :)

The vibe is warm and welcoming, the instructors are kind, friendly, and empathetic, and I know I made the right choice in resuming my All Access Membership. Namaste!

(P.S. I hope you're urging vaccinations for your staff, though! Covid messed up my heart despite being young and healthy, and my energy levels haven't been the same in the year since I was sick. I really don't want anyone else to have to go through this. Sending love and gratitude.)

The instructor is incredibly knowledgeable and incorporated Yoga Philosophy with the class and flow creating a truly unique and deep experience.
