The field trips and the activities that they get to experience. The children aren’t only kept in one location.
The after school program at Remington Elementary exceeded our expectation. The two young ladies running the program were very involved with the children. We were impressed with the variety and creativity of the activities mixed in with plenty of play time. They expected the children to be respectful to one another and were very communicative. Our seven year old son never wanted to leave when picked up.
The day camp staff are organized and well trained. My son is having a great time and is excited to attend with a lot of stories to tell from his day’s adventures.

Miss Kirsten was the best! I really appreciate how she related to our son and listened to him. He was the oldest kid in the program but she made it fun for him. He enjoyed being there and never wanted to leave early. I’m a little sad he’s moving to a new school next year!

I like the staff. I hate the high turn over of the staff, but the Y brings in solid replacements.
I would like for the Y to look at extending the summer program to Fridays rather than Mon-Fri.
We were looking into The Linq in North Richland Hills due to that reason.
Affordable, well organized and kept the kids active. My son came home happy every day and tired which was a plus! Thanks for providing a great summer time activity for my 6 year old!
My daughter is never bored. They have different activities and amazing field trips. The Staff is super friendly and helpful. This is our second year and she loves it.
