Activities for senior citizens.
Modern equipment (not enough treadmill for big men height wise) otherwise great You allowed to workout at your own pace important when you 72 yrs old. Good people at the reception and in management

Everyone is nice and kind and they have so much to offer for everyone.
I love the courtesy of the personnels, the fitness room, walking area and how it’s marked to let one know how many lapse needed to do to get 1 mile. The cleanliness of the facility. Swimming area. Beautiful pleasant outside and inside. Childcare.
It looks very upscale.
Brad's Swing Out classes are outstanding. Brad is an excellent instructor and seems to have infinite patience. He is dedicated to his community and students.
Good classes and friendly staff
This place does not repair their machines. The men’s bathroom is horrible lock constantly stays on the lockers, which is the sign that says no lock on lockers unless you are working out need better management on the machines there’s constantly four or five machines broke every week sometime. It lasts a whole month.

My family and I are signed up for the regional family membership and I appreciate that we have access to all the branches in the FW area at a very affordable price. The sports for the children are great. My only complaint is that all sports aren't available at all branches and we are either unable to commit/participate in some sports only available at branches because of the commute. In the past, when the East Side Y was open, every sport was available at the branch for practices and games. It was self contained. Now we have to find a way across town during rush hour traffic for practices and games. As a result, we have missed several soccer seasons and flag football that aren't available at the Y on our side of town EFW.
They offer something for everyone
I love my water aerobics class on Tuesdays and Thursday and the instructor is excellent.
I loved and thoroughly enjoyed my swimming lesson my instructor Bridget was the best and I learned how to swim in 4 days and I learned so many other things and I can even dive into the water, swim on my back, swim on my tummy and float in the water. I had wanted to learn to swim every since I was 5 years old and because of the YMCA I have reached a life long accomplishment.
The hip hop step aerobics is the ONLY reason I visit this YMCA...I wish it was one closer to home, but DeMarcus's class is so much fun! I do appreciate the fact that this YMCA is always clean!

Everything this place is so awesome and the director Leah it's just so wonderful and very awesome woman and I am grateful to have met her this woman is respectful caring I can go on and on thank you Miss Leah for telling me about this place and for all that you have done

I like the group exercise programs. I also appreciate that the facility has several exercise machines. It's always clean & the staff are kind.
They keep the kids involved with interactions, social skills, learning and having fun. The field trips are wonderful experiences.
I enrolled my grandchildren for swimming lessons, it was very informative for me and my grandchildren, they started out with safety issues and parents permission to go into the pool that was cool. They got their certificate of completion. Great instructor and life guards.
It was free and the teacher was good
I appreciate the summer Water Aerobics class. The instructor is wonderful and the class is fun. Parking is abundant and staff friendly. However, I wish more and a variety of classes were available (like downtown) and that there plans for an indoor pool.
