I just recently referred two different people to the Y. They are almost seniors and I told them it was a great place to hang out and see people plus they would feel better over all by getting more fit. I believe it's very important as we age to stay as fit and healthy as possible, not just physically but socially as well.
First the staff are friendly and very helpful. Facilities so far have been clean and in good repair. It has been some time since I have used a gym, so the equipment as improved drastically and I feel safe using it when lifting weights on the circuit machines. I am also excited to begin learning pickleball and that actually starts for me today. Can't wait.
I enjoy all of it. Classes are fun, weight room is awesome and I like just sitting in the pool relaxing sometimes.
The child care is great! The training for my teens on the equipment was very helpful. When we go to work out, we go as a family- and there is something for everyone!
Staff is over all very polite, knowledgeable, and problem solving.

Trainer was available to help with the instructions on each machine. We didn't have a clue.
Not a program type of person! I like being able to walk in, use the equipment and leave! People are friendly and women’s locker room is always clean.
The people are friendly.
I concentrate on the swim classes. Due to my arthritis these classes are more amenable to my abilities and the teachers are very good.

My daughter is doing Seals and loves it. The coaches are amazing!!
They are suited for all ages and very fun.
The swim team is amazing and the coach is the best!! My kids have thrived with their skills since they have been on the swim team.
The time table for getting folks in and out allows your facility to serve a larger population.
My son participates in the swimming program and it is top-notch!

I don't use any of the programs or activities. I just lift weights and use the machines. The staff is great and thoughtful.
I just use the pool which has good chemistry, and is easy to get lap time in.
Variety of exercise equipment as well as classes and programs. Friendly faces. Clean facility.
