Mostly its a good facility. We have been members for 30+ years. The staff are friendly and helpful, the equipment is varied and plentiful, the pool is wonderful, and there are lots of family-friendly activities.
I only have two complaints. First, the equipment sometimes goes unrepaired for quite a long time. For example, there are a couple of treadmills that randomly shut down as if I had pushed the red emergency shutdown lever, when I did not. I've mentioned it to the staff on several occasions, but it still happens and it has been over a year since the first time I mentioned it to them. Second, what's up with the TVs on the treadmills? Most don't seem to work at all, and for those that do, there are only a couple of channels that come in clear. And I have tried to connect my bluetooth ear buds to the TVs several times, with no success. The only alternative seems to be wired earbuds, but nobody owns those any more.

Good atmosphere, equipment works. Could have more senior appropriate classes. Seniors come during morning hours. People who work come afternoons and evenings.

Having several options for equipment to use, different group classes and a really fun place to workout. It’s really nice meeting people who enjoy a happy environment.
Love the teachers in the Silver Sneakers classes! They are all excellent & very caring!
I like the water aerobics and the silver sneakers 5 days a week. I also like Bingo and the potlucks.

The Ryan YMCA is a great place to go! They have so much to offer and the staff is always pleasant and professional! There is always some friendly person to greet you at the door and willing to answer your questions or give you information!

I like the helpful, friendly, profession attitude of the employees. the availability of the facility is excellent. Also, the programs offered for members of all ages is wonderful. I complained once about the spacing of the workout stations and someone say the need to adjust that which has been great. The one thing one thing I guess we'll have to live with is the down time on the most resent weight machines purchased. Fancy and high tech isn't always the best answer when considering purchasing new equipment. the down time was not acceptable. Consider including some of the membership when it is time to purchase again. other than that, keep up the good work. And thank you for all you do.
YMCA had good supervisors and they are all ready and willing to assist any time you need them

pool classes, nice exercise room
This season was much more organized and overall far better than last year. We had consistent and on-time referees, a coach, games listed properly, and the same fields for both practices and games, which made life much easier for me as a mom of three athletes.
My only ask is to load the playoff games dates "tba schedule" so we have time to request time off or invite friends and family.

The 4th/5th Grade baseball league was wonderful in the fall.
One area of improvement would be the quality of umpiring.
This (fall) season was much better than in the spring, when the games were shorter. Being able to start new innings all the way up until an hour and five minutes have elapsed worked well...every game had at least 3 innings, which was much better for ensuring that every player had a chance to bat.
