I enjoy the morning classes tailored for silver sneakers.
I enjoyed attending water exercise until they changed instructors and the entire program has a different feel. The feel is one of inconsistency.
It would be nice to have water exercise available in the evening for people that work during the day.
The cleaning lady and front desk are always very helpful and kind.

Excellent pool. Newer equipment and plenty of floor space. The housekeeper is very friendly and seems to keep up with the high demands of a gym. Staff greets you and makes eye contact. The local magaer is good and available. Not so in the past. I was in senior management for my careers and know what to look for.
Sorry I don't participate in any right now but I'm thinking about joining the water exercise class
