I haven’t started any of the program apt activities thus far this time around, but the customer service I received every morning I come in from the young lady names Mrs. Jacqueline is beyond what excellent customer service should look and feel like. Every morning she is there she greets me with a smile and she always has something nice to say. She gets to know everyone and embraces everyone that comes in with love and a smile. I can say I haven’t not visited another YMCA yet because I’m afraid I won’t get the same customer service I get on McCart Ave. I have recommended my entire family and all my friends that are looking for a family oriented workout center to join

Swim Classes, Luke was very professional caring and supportive. The gym, camping, staff are always willing to help.
All the instructors are fantastic.The front desk is amazing for information. Always feel welcome especially the older ladies.
You have programs for all ages young to old including the elderly.

Love the staff, the atmosphere, and the member 'vibe'. Classes are well chosen for that location, they are always attended.
I just use the gym for cardio. I weight train at home and walk anywhere. I like the family atmosphere and the fact my wife finds plenty to work out with. She has fewer restrictions than I do.
There's a lot to choose from! Childcare is available. Activity times are good for my work schedule.
As a senior citizen I like the setup, I believe it would be helpful to have attendants assist users when they have down time with no customer traffic as time allows.

I love the water classes with Tiffany and plan to start her yoga class. However the women's locker room needs improvement. Not enough working showers, needs a facelift.
Jaquie at the front desk is the star of the show. Always friendly (even at 530 in the morning), always helpful, remembers me and my needs and the last thing we were talking about. Makes the world go 'round over there. I use the lap swim often and the outside pool in the summer. I wish the showers in the ladies changing room worked more consistently. Locker rooms, under bleachers and pool are in general could use a very very very thorough scrub down. I see the same ick in the corners and under the bleachers month after month. Name removed
It's always a pleasant place to workout and the only negative is when a machine is broken it takes forever to repair

I like being able to use the pool and participating in the water aerobics class
I come to Ryan to swim laps when the pool at Benbrook is closed. Benbrook is a better location for me.
Ryan’s pool is nicer (newer) and seems cleaner.
Group exercises, variety of equipment, friendly staf
