The various opportunities for group exercise, the Active Senior Adult community that the Northpark Y encourages and supports, the educational sessions that are offered, the monthly birthday celebrations of our senior members and the seasonal luncheons where we celebrate the seasons, the holidays and one another.
I very much appreciate the attention to cleanliness given by staff, who regally clean equipment.
The friendly staff are alway interacting with guest of all ages (kids, mom, dad, seniors) providing guidance with equipment and amenities within their perspective circle. Areas are set-up, so all can have conversation or just a chill-out moment after the work out. Fantastic YMCA!
I really like the 5 am classes on MWF, would LOVE to see more 5 am classes added on TTH. Possibly a second BodyBalance class on Tuesday 5 am or BodyCombat classes at NorthPark FW location!
Maybe even 6:30 am classes!!

The exercise classes
I enjoy the opportunity to workout and bring my children. The fact that it is a safe environment for my family is truly a blessing. My whole family is excited about coming to the facility. My children speak of the fun they have in the youth zone and playhouse. They are always content when we pick them up. My husband and I are able to workout at our own pace and enjoy the atmosphere.
The classes are the best. The instructors really care
I use to come all the time for the treadmills' TV. I stopped because half the time the TV channels don't work.
There is something for everyone to do regardless of where they are at in their exercise journey.
The gym is very clean and the equipment is in great shape. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional.
