I love the different options and have had some excellent instructors! There are some classes that are only offered during the day that I would love to take in the evening, like barre and some water aerobics.

Everything! Expecially the wet areas ... whirlpool, dry sauna, steam room, showers. Treadmill, body pump, and yoga. All facilities are very clean! Employees are friendly and helpful.

The classes and instructors are really good.
Its been fun to participate in both Winter Basketball and Spring Soccer. The coaches have really cared for my kids and they are learning about being part of a team, have made new friends and have loved every minute of both games and practices.
My son has a great time learning the game without all the pressure. Loves sports for the fun of it.
My kiddo loves soccer. This is her second season playing and she wishes she could play everyday!
The old style jazzercise, just getting back to exercise and I can’t go to the floor so the only classes is sliver sneakers, mashup and chair yoga
