The Y is always clean and the workout areas have all of the machines and weights to get a good workout in. The staff is always friendly and professional.

I like the variety of machines and weights are available. I like how the exercise rooms are situated and do not disturb the weight room, rooms for endurance and cardio machines. The receptionists can maybe be just a little bit friendlier or maybe smile more and the track is interesting but it’s understandable for open space to be limited in a downtown building. Overall it’s clean, equipment is nice, lots of workout options, it’s good.

I like that there are a variety of activity classes to join different times of the day. The trainers are so friendly and always so motivational to do your best. I have tried most of them and I am very pleased. My favorite is Zumba.

I actually don’t use them often but they are great for my 9 year old daughter to learn new things
I appreciate the family friendly atmosphere at the Y. Seems like everyone in my exercise class wants to help everyone get set up or put away our weights. Sometimes check on one another when you don't show up as often as you used to.

I usually work alone. I will be using the trainer. I have four sessions and may purchase some more.
I love TRX! Eric is great, I also love Katrina's barre class!
