There is always someone available at the office when I need to speak with someone. If no one is available (which is rare), I get a call back right away.
They answer my questions about my nephews care, and are accommodating to my requests for the little things with his care.
The in home assistant he has right now, is very good to him and it is a good fit. I hope she stays with the company. Laura is an asset for ComForCare. I appreciate the care, the patience and the understanding that all of the staff have given my nephew with disabilities. Because of the joint efforts of ComForCare, along with Gaylord Community Mental Health, he is able to continue living in his own apartment with some assistance.

Aids are proactive and self initiating. They are usually on time and try to be helpful during their short window of allotted time. The coordinator communicates fairly consistently for any changes. Phone calls are nearly always answered by a real person.

The one item that truly sets this agency apart from others and I truly appreciate is, when the aides call off, especially in the mornings. When those occasions arise somebody is always here even if it's management, the actual company's owner somebody is there to get you up many time at the original scheduled time or within minutes after. I have dealt with a couple of Home Care Agencies...when their aides call off they spend the day calling around to their "stand by" aides who, chances are, aren't prepared to head out the door when they get the call. By the time they get themselves situated and head out the door, plus travel time getting to you, your 8 am. get up time is pushed back to times as late as 10 - 10:30 am. or possibly later. I have yet to experience that with this agency....

The office staff is supportive, professional and friendly. The caregivers are well trained. All of the ComForCare employees are kind and caring to my mother. My brothers and I are grateful for their assistance.

Our Health Care Worker, Emily, is just the best person to take care of my husband. She takes excellent care of him and is very attuned to his needs. She has become an important part of our family. We are very grateful to the office for finding her for us. The office is very good in keeping you apprised of any changes that might occur.

Very nice people and a pleasure to do business with. Staff are well-trained and have the patients' interests as their focus. Owners are down to earth individuals with a great sense of putting customers first. Common sense is very evident and that's a plus in today's healthcare arena.
