The company has trained personnel. Taylor is compassionate and engaging with my husband. Although he was originally annoyed about my bringing a care giver into our home twice a week, he now looks forward to spending time sharing his memories with her.
I also appreciate Taylor keeping me updated on how each visit went. Staff is also flexible with necessary time changes, as various appointments arise my family members.
