Everyone working at Back Bay is friendly, welcoming and non-judgmental. I feel a sense of calm when I walk through the door and even calmer in the studio.

Tyler is an awesome instructor! Her classes are carefully thought out, well led and she has a killer music list. She encourages you (in a good way) to try more and have faith in your abilities. Her intentions at the start of class always resonate with me.

Staff are friendly and helpful, studio is clean, classes have been great - a very welcoming fitness community. sometimes trying a new studio can be daunting, and I've felt comfortable and welcomed!
