The friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the facility. The variety of workout options.
I like the friendliness-factor. It is not intimidating and while I don’t use it, the opportunity for child care is great.
However I think the monthly rates are too high. I think there should be a lower rate for those who do not use child care (I think our dues supplement that). Child care could be a separate charge—just like towel service.

I truly enjoy our silver fit class. It allows us seniors to exercize in a safe and satisfying manner. I also enjoy the chair yoga classes. For people “ of a certain age”, they are the best.

I like the facilities, and especially the pool.
I wish it were easier to schedule some lane hours during the early evening, but I don't want to get into any altercations with the swim team or stop the children from practice in the lap pool or swim instructors in the family pool.
I wish we had towel service back! Many of us would pay extra, but I understand the decision at this time with COVID

Without a doubt, the Peter Blum YMCA is above and beyond the best organized and run facility I have belonged to, and since I have been coming here for over 15 years, thats saying a lot, and in all those years I have never had a negative experience with any of the staff members I have interacted with!
