My husband and I enjoy very much going to “Y” to work out we have only one complaint (Boca facility). There is one trainer Nancy Trulson she seems very nice but she talks constantly and loudly to her clients - not about working out but personal topics. It disturbs us that she has political discussions and is very liberal my husband and I are conservative- the “Y” is not a place to have loud and particularly political discussions with clients. We like to concentrate on the workout and this is upsetting us. Please speak with her and just please have her keep conversations to training she can have discussions with clients in lobby. Thank you!

I joined to swim. Pool is excellent. Lap lanes available. Love the scheduling system. Locker room super clean.
I attend Nancy's Silver Fit class and really benefit from it. Also go to the Tia Chi when I can.

When I walk in and Joan says hello her smile sets the mood for a great day. I belong to another facility in another city with newer equipment, more parking and an up to date locker room but nothing compares to the good feeling when I walk into the Y

Variety of classes and programs.
Everyone that works here is so nice. It’s not overcrowded and the gym is kept very clean. There’s lots of opportunities for everyone. I love that there is a steam room and that youth has the opportunity to learn how to train properly and then have access to the wellness floor and classes.
