The Boca Y to me will always be a 10 and I will always send friends and family here, but the quality of programs are lacking design and organization.
Currently my children are participating in sports and dance. For us, the y is convenient and their friends are here, so we continue but we also participate in many city of Boca programs and see a vast difference in the quality, staff, and leadership. Just in practice tonight coach “A” ran the entire basketball practice w both airbuds in, not saying a single word to the kids, positive or otherwise. Just unmotivating and unprofessional in my opinion. Under this seasons circumstances, I think Josh really stepped up!
Super busy with teens in the gym. Might help to have 2 staff on busier nights just to keep things picked up. 💪🏻 Thanks all, - Egates

groups are diverse and make the Y the Y! The Y is NOT a gym or fitness center or pool or class: it is a lifestyle.

When I go to the YMCA Boca, I am always welcome with a smile by Claudia (part of your staff in the morning). The whole place looks very clean and in order. And also I like the sitting areas, they are confortable and close to the snack machines, which are full of good snacks.
The employees of the Y are friendly and helpful. The people in my classes. are friendlly as are the instructors. It makes me feel good just to get up and get out and feel I am doing something good for myself. Going to the Y is one of the best things in my week.

The YMCA provides my family with a sense of community. My 1st grader and 3rd grader participate in summer camps, youth sports, and aftercare programming. My toddler attends daycare at the child development center. My wife and I use the fitness center. We all use the pool and attend festivals and other events, along with our friends and neighbors. I can't think of anywhere else where we would have this much support for our family.

Boca Y has been fantastic to me and my family. My child is in the preschool program and Patty/Veena and staff has been absolutely terrific through the sign-up process as well as maintaining a high-level of communication throughout. They always provide the best attention and love/care. It is appreciated to know you can trust this staff.
All staff is extra attentive to their members, including the exercise (gym) area, as well as any needs members need. It is clean, the access is open but limited to ensure security.

I like the girls volleyball program. Also, Tricia at member services is very helpful.
