I love the family feel to the gym. There is a wide range of ages from the youngest to the most seasoned. Everyone exercising and being healthy.
I especially appreciate the check in staff who is welcoming and knowledgeable- Katalina is super.
I love how family oriented it is and the great quality of childcare they have that allows moms a place to workout and be healthy for their kids.
Staff for the E-Gym needs to be more engaged. Many members still either don't understand the concept of a "circuit" routine... or just don't care! In any case, the E-Gym trainers need to correct them. It's frustrating to try and work out and gave to deal with someone jyst jumping from machine to machine... or doing three and four sets from one station.
I like the services the Y provides and the willingness to help from staff.
The friendly family atmosphere all around the YMCA Boca. All the staff and instructors are wonderful!

I can get childcare and self care in one place making it very convenient. Staff and teachers do their best to provide us the best experience possible at the Y and having this level of reliability makes the Y more than a club but a supportive system. My only problem with the Y are the bathrooms… The bathrooms situation is actually awful. The family locker room should be exclusive for families! I’m not allowed to bring my boys (5 and 3 yo) to the ladies room. Also, I don’t wanna use the boys room. My only choice is the family room - which is VERY OFTEN occupied by single users who aren’t families. There was one occasion when my 5 yo ended up soiling his undies because single people were using the family locker room and I got yelled at when I tried to take him to the ladies room with me. I ended up taking him to the girls room and I literally prayed while washing him asking for any girl to come in. Please make it clear to all members that the family room is for families only. Thank you.
The class instructors are INCREDIBLE! I love Stephanie Jessica and Jesus they're remarkable and you can tell they really love what they do so that alone is extremely inspirational and motivational. Gym cleanliness is really great. Cleanliness is really important to me so keep up the great work! Great staff you guys have at the boca y! 10/10 recommend
Convenience (location) and amenities
Welcoming place for families with multiple physical interests, sports for my boys, ballet to my daughter and workout to mom and dad. Whole family happy!

It's close to my home, easy to get to, open early, nice staff, always clean, lots of programs to choose from.
My trainer, Nancy is excellent. The equipment is varied and generally in good shape.

It is family environment, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The YMCA have activities for all ages and groups and all equipment's are well maintain and clean.

Am concerned about timing of cleaning Woman’s bathroom in Boca Y - they clean it I understand several times a day but it is danger to make it during peak busy times . I come between 1-3 PM . Always being cleaned then - I have almost fallen several times as they spray floors, commodes with high volume spray containing chemicals. Please address the timing issue and clean - not at peak busy times. This is a disaster waiting to happen.
