The mens locker and sauna are the only things thst really needs work. Shower ceiling has paint peeling and potential mold issues. Sauna need s to be replaced

I have been a member of the Boca YMCA for just over 10 years. I have made many friends over the years and find the front desk staff especially friendly and helpful.
However, recently my Silver Fit Class now called Fit for LIfe class has really grown and usually at the M-W-F classes there are approximately 48 people "crammed" into a room that is too small.
I don't understand in this day and age with Covid lingering and with a class of mostly retired adults, why we cannot have class in the gym. We this this class in the gym with the previous instructor, Nancy, and people were able safely spread out while exercising.
I have also been taking Tai Chi on Fridays and really enjoy the new instructor, Echo. She really takes time to explain the class and makes sure everyone knows what they are doing.

Once you join the Y, you become family❤️. There is a program for everyone at every level and every income.
It is much more than a place to just go and workout!
It is truly family oriented with all types of classes and sports for adults and children!!!
Friendly people, most of the attendees are families, make the YMCA a great place to go and workout.

Suggestion: please have training sessions with E Gym on slow hours and only educate one family member at a time - otherwise causes lengthy delays in doing workout
Great classes and meeting new friends
The variety of facilities and activities for me and my child
I really enjoy going there and love the new circuit area. It can be a little backed up at times and people not going in the correct sequence which backs it up more. It is also very very loud there at times and I think that there needs to be more control over the loud kids and teens in the gym area itself. When going to workout to reduce stress and work on yourself that loud yelling and playing around can be very distracting.
