Spin bikes on fitness center floor were giving me some issues- I couldn't clip into back right pedal of bike and front bike needs to be re-calibrated.

What I don’t like is every time I sign in in the front and ask for a towel, which we PAY service for, I am asked, am I sure? Yes, I’m sure!!! I am looked at with eyes of condescension, I am doing something wrong!!
Please tell your front reception people to get some manners and courtesy to paying towel members or write something in your code when someone signs in and let’s reception know behind the counter that they payed for towel service.
It’s extremely RUDE & Off putting. Makes me feel little, like I’m stealing, makes me want to go to another gym.
We love the youth programs, gym, EGYM, and family activities. We are always met with a smiling face!
I appreciate the caring and friendly staff, and I like the availability of workout machines, the facility is very clean too.
It’s always clean, the people who work there are always super helpful, and my kids really love going to the child care which actually forces me to go work out and feel no guilt for leaving them

So grateful that we were about to get a free week of swim lessons for free to start my son on his water safety journey. It was so hard to try to teach him at home, but after the first day he had so much more confidence about holding his breath and going underwater and actually using his arms to swim! It was really amazing to see his progress in just a few days. We loved it so much we signed up for regular ongoing lessons.
