Friendly,professional staff.
It’s clean, it’s family oriented and I like the amenities. The sports program keeps evolving to a better program each time.
First, because its who you meet first, the front desk staff is awesome. Always friendly and helpful. The precautions taken during the pandemic make coming to the Y feel safer: Temperature checks, masks in common areas, and sanitation areas and limiting class size.
The variety of adult exercise classes if pretty diverse, which I love and each instructor I've met has been motivational and fun. Each visit to the Y has been a great experience and its kept me coming back on a regular basis for several years and I'll keep coming.

The staff is amazing!
I have to admire the Y that I use, they have checked everybody as we arrive and have kept the class sizes small. It has given me the opportunity to use the facilities that I need along with knowing that everything is being kept at the best that can be expected from all. I hope that everybody continues to keep the facility at its best, as it always has.
My one suggestion might be to allow us to sign up for the classes that we want to go to for the week, rather than having to go on line with just a 3 day window..That might make it easier.

Love the facility and staff. My only experience is with the pool area, so comments only apply there. Love the instructors and enjoy their diversity. Most of the life guards are friendly and helpful. Cleaning and maintenance people are very nice and helpful.
Front desk people are knowledgeable and helpful.
Essential community experiences for mental and physical well being. Our family has had tremendous benefit from our membership since diaper age and now entering double digit age. I cannot imagine NOT having the YMCA in our lives.
The way everything is set -up. Not to many people and the social distancing.
Your program include all age groups from the youngest to the oldest.
This facility has always provided very good opportunities to my family with great physical activities.
