The staff are very nice and professional. Additionally, the people who come to the gym are nice and friendly people who care for others. It's a nice place to visit and do your exercises.
Consistency
I've been a member of the Boynton Beach YMCA for almost 20 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else to workout. The Wellness Center is constantly kept clean by members and staff. This is very important due to the coronavirus pandemic. The staff is friendly and always willing to help new members in properly using the weights and machines. They have a fully staffed nursery and kid activities so the parents can get a workout in the Wellness Center. Their Summer Camp for kids is always full every summer. It's a testament to the overall quality of service the Boynton Beach YMCA provides.
I attend water aerobics classes only. The routines tend to be monotonous and repetitive. Please buy some new noodles. The noodles at the Boca Y are durable and seemingly indestructible. Bathrooms/changing ares are clean. Staff at the front desk are friendly. Keep the fans (in the ceiling) in the pool area on low as the noise stifles the music and makes it impossible to hear the instructor.

Not very busy so I'm usually able to get the machine or fitness equipment I want. Wifi has gotten better ever since I emailed Barry so that's awesome. Friendly front desk people like Myra!
Trained people help with using the equipment correctly. Friendly environment makes it fun. Have been a member and will continue to do so.

The Y is a great community organization the fosters health and well-being as well as support for individuals , families and their children’s growth.
I like the choices in classes but I would like the same choices each day.
Childcare and wellness
My daughter attends preschool at the Y. The teachers and staff are amazing. They are very attentive to every child. I also love how the staff greets each child by their name and interacts with them upon their arrival in the morning. I strongly recommend the Y.
Having my daughter attend the YMCA Boynton is the best decision I made! The preschool curriculum is even more incredible than I thought. It really exceeded my expectations. My daughter has learned so much and continues to do so! It’s wonderful to see :) All the teachers and staff are truly amazing! They really care about the kids and bond with the parents as well, which is so nice.
I love MOST of your staff. Kathy, Chuck, and Mia just to name a few. I made a huge mistake by cancelling my membership to join LA fitness and I came back within the first month. Kathy and Chuck are awesome. So motivational and energetic!
My Kids love the Y. We have been there for years. I trust everyone of the staff and know my kids are in good hands
The staff is friendly and the gym is very clean.
I like how friendly the staff is, accommodating, and they treat each other and you like family. They care for each child as if that child were there own, its incredible to have found a place that is so caring and wants the best for the kids. My daughter loves going to the Y preschool.
