Great place! Love the pool and all the classes offered. The gym provides all kinds of workouts and the EGym works all the muscles. Great environment and the building is spacious and has a lot of offerings.

I like the swimming pools. Please fix the ladies changing room. I was disappointed when there was no lifeguard last Saturday morning.

Staff is amazing, classes for Parkinson's people are exceptional and machines are clean and almost always working.
Also like that its busy but never too crowded that you can't do your workout.
Amazing staff, facility always clean, water aerobics classes are plentiful and well taught, the water instructors are so good, very professional and dedicated. Staff treats all members with respect no matter your age, color, religion, physical abilities. I love the diversity at our Y, my entire family uses its programs from e gym and exercise equipment, aqua classes, child watch, preschool and camp. It’s an amazing place, such a benefit to our community!

I believe the employees try to do the best they can. Staffing is clearly an issue. There have been too many times I’ve gone to a class only to find out there is no instructor. Of late it has been better, hopefully it will stay that way.
With “season” coming up fast, I’m hoping plans are in place to keep class size comfortable. Overcrowding is not safe or healthy.
Best indoor pool in the area.
BUT the shower facilities are DANGEROUS. During construction we have been moved to the girls dressing room which would be fine. But there is only one usable shower. The other has NO TEMPERATURE CONTROL. Consequently only VERY HOT WATER comes out. I'm surprised no one has gotten burned. I have reported this three times to the front desk, the last time being to the executive director - two weeks ago. Still nothing has been done. Shame on you.
I appreciate all the different classes. Also the specials of not having the $99 start up fee and the discount for personal trainers made a huge difference in my signing up. The Zumba class with Valerie is awesome. I find people friendly and I find it refreshing to be among so many different ages and types of people. Thanks for your warm reception.

I love interacting with the staff and members and, most of all, going to Pound as well as other classes.
The staff is very courteous. There is a variety of equipment options, the basketball court is very nice, the swimming pool is excellent and I really enjoy the steam room.
I use the gym regularly. It's clean, well-equipped and the trainers are super friendly and helpful.
Everyone is friendly and is will to help when you are not sure how to operate the machines.

The YMCA has been a safe, clean, and friendly place for my son to play and connect with others his age. Unfortunately, I have not been able to continue paying the full cost for our entire family, so only my son attends for now.
We hope that after the elections, things will improve, and we will have enough resources to return and exercise together as a family.
