What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The place is full of friendly people. It is a little intimidating at first because there is so much going on. It is one of the largest YMCA’s I have been to and there is always something going on. In my professional life I am extremely assertive and great at interacting with my co-workers and staff but I have not been in a gym in many years and trust me my waistline shows it. Surprisingly I got right in with everyone and it had this strange feeling of family. The Staff is very easy to approach and will help you with any questions you may have. As for the facility, it is amazing: Very current, very clean, and plenty of space, even when they are busy it doesn’t seem crowded.

Most classes are included in your membership. The games on the bikes for children. I love the virtual active on the treadmill- it makes my runs more enjoyable

I only use the swimming pool and am very satisfied with the pool itself, dressing areas, lockers, hygiene.

Janet the swim coach is excellent. She taught me how to swim laps properly and I really enjoy the new challenge and exercise I get from meeting new swimming goals.
