What do you like about our programs and activities ?

We love having a great place with a wonderful inclusive atmosphere in which to go and exercise. We are retired and it is a great place to go several times a week. We love the Y!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The large variety of classes geared towards specific age groups and my personal training goals. Excellent staff and comprehensive state of the art training equipment. A wonderful facility offering an array of services.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like all the programs/activities to people. The swimming area is what we enjoy most as I need muscle and joint exercise for my rheumatoid arthritis. Plus our grandchildren love swimming so our membership plan is perfect for us.

Amazing facility. Large, inviting, with so many options. Several areas for seating, reading, conversations. Lots of programs to suit every fitness style and level.

The Play and Learn environment is consistently calm and quiet with ample opportunity for children to interact with one another or enjoy free play. Play and Learn provides developmentally appropriate toys and manipulatives for the children as well as kind and attentive care-givers.
