I only use therapy pool. I have made the trip several times and get there ready to get in and for whatever reason it’s closed or there’s a private therapy session.

Tandy Family Y is clean and the staff are welcoming. We love the pool, and my kids enjoy their time in the Play and Learn area. We always have a pleasant experience when we visit the Tandy Y.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

There is so much I love about the Y! From the moment I walk in the door, I feel right at home, as I am always greeted by a warm smile. The strength train together classes help me reach my goals and are offered at flexible times. The pool is amazing for my children and I am thankful for the childcare which allows me to workout worry free. Tandy Y is truly the place to be and I am grateful for what the Y does for our community.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Love the gentle yoga classes and the pool aerobics! The pool is also a wonderful place to bring the grandkids.

I love to see all of the families at the YMCA! I love taking the strength training together class. I like using the weight machines, and sitting in the sauna after a workout is awesome!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Seriah taught both of my sons' swim lessons.

She made the class fun by including some games in the instructions. She was also appropriately firm with distracting behaviors.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I would and have suggested The YMCA Day Camp to friends and family. My daughter went to the West Side YMCA it was very convenient for me personally to drop off & pick up, right off highway 44 then went on to my office at Keller Williams Midtown. She absolutely loves the swimming, hiking, all the neat activities. This camp made me feel at ease to know she was having fun, making new friends, and in great hands with the camp counselors/ staff. She would come home worn out and very happy to tell me what all she did! I cannot say enough good things about this camp & staff! They made it as painless as can be when it came to enrollment. Definitely a fan! She’s 7 & going into the 2nd grade. I can tell a boost in her confidence and her attention to learning different life skills that she’s excited to tell me about daily.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

First name removed has loved his three weeks of camp. He has made friends during all three weeks and has had good experiences.

I like the counselors and their upbeat attitude, especially on these hot July days.

The counselors are excellent!

Cleanliness! Variety!
I have to give huge praise to the ladies that work in the infant child care area. Our one year old can be difficult and they handle him wonderfully. We are working with him so he feels less stress when we leave him in there, but they always are willing to hold him and distract him. They are a wonderful set of girls!!
We love all the equipment offered, the water area . There are so many classes! We have been impressed over and over again. We have already recommended this Y to our friends.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The facility is able to accommodate all of the programs and activities and there's plenty of space that was clearly made with the idea of multi-use in mind. That is not evident in every YMCA, even the newly renovated ones. The programs and activities are great because the building is great.
