What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The teachers are always actively involved with the children every time I pick up and drop off Andy. They make crafts with the children. The floor is carpeted and clean. The teachers keep the children well under control. Most of all, my son loves going here and asks me when he can go back again!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

It gives you a multitude of activities to partake in. You can do activities that you enjoy and that can keep you in shape. It also has a grand community that is full of supportive and helpful people, both people you know and complete strangers.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

1. Received some valuable information regarding my health.
2. Every station was staffed with people who did their job well.
3. If they repeat this in 6 months, that would be the right frequency. It will give my time to work on a few things!!

We enjoyed the pools and we found out that there is a program to help Parkinsons Disease . My husband plans on attending this program as soon as he gets his doctors approval.

Nice facility. Good variety of classes and instructors. Good selection of equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. No carpet in locker rooms.

the convenience. i don't live near here but i work a couple of miles away and i'm able to go to your 11:30a classes on my lunch break. i love the instructors and i am taking yoga for the first time in my life.
