I actually haven’t participated in any programs. Currently I just work out and use the sauna and hot tub. I would love to see a restorative yoga class!

Variety of fitness classes. Quiet and spacious atmosphere. Very clean facility and helpful staff.
Being that I don’t use the classes very much, I do enjoy the equipment and the workers who help me with any questions that I have.

I am a young professional and use this gym for weight training only. I REALLY like the new squat racks that got installed. Kudos to whoever made that happen.
If it would be possible to get one more bench press at the downtown Y, that would be amazing.

Love the downtown Y! The staff is amazing and keep me motivated. Julian is FABULOUS! Greeting everyone with a smile, motivating when needed and supporting all members. Denai is an amazing trainer, patient and understanding of meeting people where they are in their fitness journey. No other gym makes everyone feel more welcome than the downtown Tulsa YMCA! Kudos to all for their great service!

The MX4 Program is amazing! Well worth the money and time. Having a personal trainer to help with effective form, posture, as well as motivation are some added benefits.
