What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The facility administration is friendly and welcoming. I have only used the rowing machine at this point but want to find a yoga/fitness class that I can do on Thursday or Friday mornings. I have back issues and my neurosurgeon wants me to use the rowing machine which I do for 30 minute periods.

Dickerson is just down the street from me and my family. It would be lovely to have a gym and a swimming pool with hot tub and sauna. Then I would not have to drive my grandchildren so far. We could keep it here in Broken Arrow. Thank you. Peace

Clean facility with a Friendly staff, lot of good programs like Zumba, Yoga etc..

Please install some outdoor cameras to increase safety to vehicles and also please add a decline bench.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the older adult classes and the Zumba gold. The exercise classes are a good workout for a Sr citizen. The Zumba gold is just plain ole’ Fun.
