Love the 8 am classes for seniors. Beth is excellent on Tuesday yoga. Sometimes the floors in the workout rooms do not seem to be cleaned.

Studio classes like zumba, defend together are offered in the morning (10:45 am). I can mostly attend morning classes. This is why I am a YMCA member.

I do not use any programs, but I see the staff are very Courteous and friendly.

I do basic things like trade mill, but what I love about the place is everyone works there is very friendly, they always smiling, they all willing to help, clean facilities
Jackie is the best of the best!!!! I go to this location exclusively because of Jackie’s instruction in centergy, zumba, & strength training!
