5:30 am Boot Camp fits my schedule

My daughter and I joined last summer and we have really enjoyed it. We use the exercise equipment and the pool.

Use of machines, weights and other equipment. Classes like Zumba.

We are seniors and all like "Seated Elliptical". At your facility Dickerson only 2 seated Elliptical.

This is very popular and always occupied. We have to wait 45 minutes to 60 minutes for this.

YMCA need to provide more Seated Elliptical.

The young lady, Lakeya, who works the front desk should be recognized for the outstanding job she does. She ALWAYS has a smile and a greeting when we come in. Always looks up from whatever she might be doing. She also keeps the coffee pot full of fresh coffee AND keeps that area clean and inviting. Is always happy to answer any questions we have about programs and operations. It might seem like a simple thing but members notice when she is NOT there. Lakeya has a great attitude and is an asset to the Y.

Love the water volleyball, have made new friends in the class. I’m impressed with the front desk staff, always friendly and welcoming. The lifeguards are also friendly and they are always busy cleaning the pool area when not on the stand. Very well run Y.
