I wish you taught Aqua Zumba. It would be nice if there were more water aerobics classes too and the schedule was consistent--like at 8am every day and another at 9am every day. They are usually pretty crowded, so you need more.

I like that there are different days and times for Pilates, yoga and centergy. The instructors are helpful and encouraging. The community is for each other and encourages each other.

Mo the pilates instructor was very welcoming and teaches a great class. Son loves the pool and the slide! Just wish there was more family changing locker rooms.

My son is very shy and I was worried about him coming out of his shell. The teachers were so incredibly patient with him and encouraged him to have fun and make friends, and he did! We can't wait for summer camp!!

The EM works I love it plus I’ve gotten the opportunity to make some new friends with the same interest of working out. We encourage each other and the staff does too.
Yoga is perfect as one’s own “physical therapy” with instructor, Chelsea Compton! E-Gym allows guided protection through weight resistance to keep joints and ligaments in check. D. Carter on staff is always happy to help and brightens each day.
