I love the diversity of the classes and the diversity of ages in the classes. I always feel welcome and comfortable. It's a great place to get and stay healthy.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Have been member since 1998. Generally do a.m. classes. Recently signed granddaughter up for volleyball. She has learned quite a bit in a small amount of time. Coaches are really encouraging & positive.
