Just working on e-gym and treadmill to start out my first month I have enjoyed my workouts The staff and people are very helpful and friendly. I plan to start trying out the classes soon. The facility is very clean which is a bonus.

Lady at Owasso YMCA really knew her business. I had been shown around before and was impressed with cleanliness, equipment and the people.Especially coming from another gym down the street.

activities for all is tough...
the emachines are great, they allow you to come in anytime and use them, if there arn't too many people using them. Maybe more of these types, more variants?

At Owasso, The friendly helpful staff and the e-gym is an absolute wonderful way for seniors! Plus the different activities available like pickleball etc..the pool is great as well!
The app is easy to use for the drop off child care. The team there is always happy and seems like they enjoy being there with the kids as well. The gym itself is extremely clean, and provides almost everything one would need.
Love my pool time. Really the only thing I use.
