The gym is amazing. It has a lot of equipment that is kept clean and in good working condition. The classes are tailored for any level and ability with lots of choices. And the staff is friendly and willing to help you and answer question. There are also personal trainers available if you want that.
When you go to the YMCA in Owasso, it is like spending time with Family.

I love the variety of exercise equipment. I also admire the initiative to stay up to date with the machines that are adjusted to you and what specific program your interested in doing. Its helpful to have an included childcare space that does more than just watch TV.

Good kids play area, lots for them to do. Love the biking area cuz you can do it anytime with the video playing. It's always clean.

I love how the EGYM is designed for people with disabilities. You can use it at your own pace. The water aerobics is helping me overcome my fear of swimming pools and also help with my lower extremities. I can't forget about the wonderful friends I've made. Thank you, YMCA!
