The swimming pool
Olivia did an AMAZING job leading camp this summer. She made changes that directly impacted student behavior in positive ways. She clearly spent the summer thinking through what to do to make things run in more efficient and effective ways. Pick up and drop off were so smooth this year and I am so impressed with the amazing job that the team made to make camp more successful this year. It showed!
Great staff. They are very helpful and friendly.
During our swim lesson there is no other programming going on and so the kids have a very safe, low distraction environment.

Love Zumba with Christy. Love the weights that remember what you did before. Sometimes they forget tho. Jaden is always awesome. Pool is great.
Love everything abou the Owasso YMCA. Staff is great, equipment is always clean and operational and the class choices are excellent. I do wish there was more schedule lap swimming on the weekends.

Swim coaching is awesome, very clean pool
That it’s a kid friendly space, plenty for them to do. It also allows that the adults can get their workout in while the kids are kept safe.
I like that they are cost friendly for amazing skills. We are doing swim lessons for our oldest and the instructors are very patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Its a professional experience all around
Everyone from the front desk, instructors, and class participants are very nice! There is no pressure to keep up with everyone. Instead, we are told to do what’s best for our own body.
Was welcomed and given a tour on our first visit! Everyone was responsive, friendly and helpful.
Chair yoga and Functional Fitness are perfect for seniors.
The pool
The instructor does a great job individualizing the training for each child.
The programs are very structured and my child was excited for camp each day. Wonderful staff who assist as needed and necessary.
Many classes to choose from. Also good hours.
Teachers are nice and kind of their craft. Trainers are considerate of what you're capable of doing. Results are noticed.
Nice equipment and very clean
i have "liked" the YMCA for 37 years. It is clean and well run and they listen to my complaints and recommendations.
I currently use the Dickenson branch and here are two things that I see could improve:
1. Sometime in the last five years I was told that they may replace the pin weight machines. When that time comes please DO NOT choose the REAL USA brand. Their leg press machine is out of service more than all the other machines combined and the weight numbers fell off in the first six months of service.
2. The TVs don't always work. Either replace or reconfigure with the speakers disconnected and the control units high enough on the wall that the members cannot mess with them.

The facility was clean and in good order. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I feel like they all genuinely cared about our experience. They checked in often to make sure we were having fun and see if we needed anything. I don’t often encounter that level of service and caring so it was all around a great experience!
my family's favorite activity at the Tandy Y is their nice swimming pool. And the great people who run the whole facility!!!
The programs fit n my needs and offer different activities.
Good people. Swimming and aquatic activities. Weights and walking track.
Superb restorative yoga class. Great staff and facilities. Lots of options to choose from.
I discovered some brain games on a couple of bikes that help me anticipate and respond quickly. Also the Matrix treadmill has visuals from trails in several countries parks. I like to exercise my body and see places I might like to visit.
Egym makes a balanced work out easy.
Don’t participate any programs.
Just appreciate having a treadmill with a TV that has the verbiage working.
