I attend the water aerobics class. The instructor is Banta. She is very good and always ask how everyone is doing while exercising considering the ages of the participants. I have health conditions and that means a lot to me as knowing that the instructor is concerned about how i am doing and observing the class.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful facility. So far we have only taken advantage of the pools, which have been great.

So many to choose from. Started with water aerobics in 2011. Then i mentioned Pickleball and Audrey Reeve got it going in 2018. Now my doctor says anyone over 60 should be doing g yoga........so my husband and I will be doing that after water aerobics. By the way, both widowers, my husband and I met in 2018 in water aerobics.....got married in 2022......and are living happily ever after!
