I like that there are different days and times for Pilates, yoga and centergy. The instructors are helpful and encouraging. The community is for each other and encourages each other.

Classes
I primarily work out at the new Zarrow facility. It is a first-class facility. The people at the front desk are always very friendly and helpful. I have attended several classes and I have enjoyed each of them. So far I have attended classes led by Kish, Hayden, and Jill and they are all great. They are very encouraging even though I would rate my current fitness level at a 2.5/10.
Volleyball is great. We enjoy going the kids have fun everyone is really nice.

Coaches really care. Allow each kid to grow in their skills and give equal play time. coaches work on the emotional side of sports along with the physical
The sports programs promote a positive atmosphere for the children while they are able to have fun playing a sport they like.
