It's a little confusing when our clients' closers are not allowed to travel to other locations and the hand-off is muffed by the receiving office, which initially had not scheduled it. Otherwise everything was fine and the closing itself was uneventful.

I’ve worked with Nikki on the sale of my home and then the purchase of a new home. Both transactions went well. She’s knowledgeable, easy to talk to and responsive.

Over a twenty some year period, this is my fifth transaction with Edina Realty. I don’t appreciate all the “extra” charges that get added to the closing. That isn’t a reflection of Nikki.
