This might just be the smoothest and most straightforward sale and closing I've ever experienced! A heartfelt thank you to the buyer for being exceptionally organized and to the title company for their efficiency. The process was so seamless that I found myself checking in repeatedly just to confirm all was well, given how unusually quiet it was due to the absence of any issues.
All the paper work was done when we got there and just had to sign them!
