It went quite smoothly - had a great realtor that got me through to the closing and a great closure that made sure all the paperwork was in order. It did not take me long to go in and sign the papers in a sanitized and safe environment for what is happening in our strange normal right now. And both my realtor and title closure made sure I knew what was happening each step of the way.
