More importantly: as a new home owner in US, Edina explained to me all what I had to do before and after closing : utilities registration, insurance, waste management, alarm, internet….
The closing went smoothly and timely. I left the closing well informed. Most all questions I had on my mind before beginning the proceedings were answered during the process, without me having to even ask the question.
