Everyone was very kind and thoughtful. We had our 18 month old with us and they helped entertain her as we signed.
I was nervous I wouldn’t understand some of the documents but the closer explained everything simply and concisely to allow for understanding and also to move through the paperwork at a good pace.

Pre-Closing signing on-line with a Remote Closing Notary was really easy and simple. Every document was thoroughly explained and the whole process was quick. Funds transfer on the actual closing date was complete with an hour after closing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and the people at Edina Title were great to work with.
