We had a few hiccups on the day of the closing and Danielle's expertise, calming spirit, and knowledge left everyone at peace as we navigated a challenging situation (not related to anything with Title). Everything was resolved and we ended up closing still on the same day. Danielle's flexibility helped it all to work out. I appreciate the great communication from both Eva and Danielle.
