We had a wonderful and pretty seamless closing. We were able to do a RON with Eric, and that really made for a smooth transition. We move across the US, so having the ability to pre sign was very helpful!

The closing went well, and everything
was done quickly.
Eric is efficient and knowledgable, and he was very accommodating. He kindly made a change for me, and I was made to feel that it was no problem whatsoever.
What I liked best though, was the humor.
A stressful time was made enjoyable by both Eric and Andy (my realtor). Those two were very enjoyable and I still smile when I think of the chuckles we shared.
I'm thankful for the good memory.
