Our closing went very smooth as Amy met with both sellers individually to presign. At closing, it was shared that the sellers were having a hard time finding placement for their two cats. This was a big stressor on both the husband and the wife. Incredibly, Amy offered to Foster both cats until the sellers get suitable housing. Amy has proven over and over to do what it takes to get things done and provide a successful closing. Thank You for the great service! Rick & Mary
