Each staff member we were greeted by was friendly and professional from the time we entered Edina Realty until we left. Meaghan Dubbs had everything in order before we started going through the documents and there were no mis steps along the way. Everything we signed was explained, all questions were answered. Our agent, Maggie Mell, was also present and was there to support us as well. Because of the prep work and excellent communication of everyone involved, we knew what was coming and were comfortable during the entire closing, which took less than an hour to complete. The professionalism and personable attitudes exhibited by everyone made our closing go extremely smooth!

The closing went well. Closer did a very nice job of walking client through the process in a reasonable amount of time. The feeling we received from the front desk upon arriving for the closing, that was a different story. It was very cold, and we were left feeling as though we were putting people out. Just keeping it real, the Eagan office felt very stuffy. It was a closing for a 23 year old client of ours. I’ve been in hundreds of closings over just these past handful of years - never has an employee of Edina Realty, or an agent of Edina Realty stuck their head in a closing room to insinuate disruptive behavior to the office. As I mentioned, I’ve been in hundreds of closings in just these past handful of years, I know the difference. I’ve seen how closings can get loud and boisterous and disruptive of others being able to do their work peaceably. This was not one of those times. Maybe it was people just having a bad day? But we will not be going out of our way to visit the Eagan office for any kind of engagement, not any time soon.
