It was a remote closing and I was able to review and e-sign all the docs online. Amber Mignault answered all my questions, and was able to work around a slight technical glitch during our meeting. I think remote closings are the future. Why make everyone travel to an office somewhere when it can be done online?

Two days after my meeting with Amber, the buyer completed his portion of the closing, and the deal was done. Very convenient!
