Having gone through several closings I can say this was the most organized and professional closing I’ve had. The E singing saved a ton of time as we were able to review the documents prior to arriving..

While the meeting was relaxed it was well managed. A first time buyer to a well seasoned buyer would be comfortable in knowing all questions have been addressed. I particularly like the sheet that outlined when payments are due, the information regarding the association and any other items we would need as we left the closing. It was a fantastic FAQ sheet that have me with the confidence to move forward.
