We really appreciated being able to utilize and and all electronic document filing and signing features too in order to make closing as quick and painless as possible. The 1-on-1 relationship with the same representative made it feel more personal and secure too.

I appreciate that everything is located within the same signing program. However, the number of different emails/notifications of a bit extreme... I wish there was a way to make the process a bit more concise so that I didn't receive 15-20 emails about different documents and steps to take.
